HOT! After Ugarte, M.U Could Welcome Another Last-Minute Signing

In a discussion on GIVEMESPORT, journalist Fabrizio Romano provided an update on Manchester United’s transfer activities.

As is known, after a prolonged period of negotiations, Manchester United has made progress with Paris Saint-Germain in the deal for Manuel Ugarte. Recently, according to confirmation from Fabrizio Romano, after completing the acquisition of Ugarte, Old Trafford may still bring in another signing at the last minute.

The Italian journalist stated: “Regarding other deals, it will depend on the situation. There’s a possibility that some players could leave, so potentially, there’s still room for something to happen at the last minute at Manchester United. Nothing is confirmed 100% yet, so Man United will decide this week based on the opportunities. But, I would always leave the door open for last-minute opportunities.”

Previously, according to sources from The Athletic, Man United has always wanted to sign another central striker this summer. It is reported that they do not consider Joshua Zirkzee to be a true number 9 and want to bring in a traditional center-forward, with Ivan Toney being one of the targets.
