Paul Pogba’s Latest Move

Midfielder Paul Pogba is still awaiting the court’s decision on his appeal.

In September 2023, Paul Pogba was provisionally suspended after testing positive for doping. This decision was officially confirmed through a statement from the Italian anti-doping court.

Pogba had three days to appeal, but was unsuccessful. Subsequent tests continued to show the same results as the initial test, leading to a heavy penalty for Pogba.

The Italian Anti-Doping Agency (NADP) decided to impose a four-year ban on Pogba, effectively ending his chances of returning to top-level football.

Despite this, Pogba has decided to appeal once more and is waiting for the court’s decision.

Pogba is awaiting the outcome of his appeal.

Recently, Pogba shared an Instagram post featuring photos of him training at home, with the caption: “Time will give you the answer.”

Pogba remains hopeful that the ban will be overturned. He stated: “I am still here, still positive, and I have the chance to fight against what I believe is unfair.

I cannot do what I love, which is football, but I am really eager to come back. I am very eager, I feel like a child who wants to become a professional player.”

ESPN previously revealed that the former Manchester United star admitted to Juventus management that he had taken nutritional supplements prescribed by a friend who is a doctor in Miami, without knowing they contained testosterone.
